En ese momento, el director Ryoo Seung-wan era a\u00fan un novato, y yo acababa de dejar Good Movies, donde hab\u00eda trabajado por razones morales, despu\u00e9s de quedar embarazada de mi tercer hijo. Como fue un proyecto creado apresuradamente, no habr\u00eda sido extra\u00f1o que Film R&K hubiera cerrado inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de abrir tras ‘The City of Violence.’ Afortunadamente, ‘The City of Violence’ fue invitada al Festival Internacional de Cine de Venecia y atrajo la atenci\u00f3n de compa\u00f1\u00edas de ventas internacionales en un momento cuando la demanda del mercado extranjero por pel\u00edculas coreanas no era grande. Debido a la mentalidad de que necesit\u00e1bamos encontrarnos con una gran audiencia en los cines, autocensuramos muchos intentos audaces que deber\u00edamos haber hecho. Si hubi\u00e9ramos maximizado el entretenimiento \u00fanico que solo esta obra pod\u00eda mostrar, habr\u00eda sido menos lamentable. Como todos saben, los resultados de taquilla de ‘Dachimawa Lee’ fueron desastrosos. Mientras contempl\u00e1bamos el futuro de la empresa, el director Ryoo Seung-wan recibi\u00f3 la historia original de ‘The Unjust,’ y yo produje ‘Troubleshooter’ bas\u00e1ndome en el gui\u00f3n del director Ryoo Seung-wan. Al hacer obras por separado y juntos con el director Ryoo Seung-wan, comenzamos el progreso a gran escala de la empresa.
