While inspecting an illegal arms dealing center, National Intelligence Service agent Jung Jin-soo discovers the existence of a “ghost” secret agent, Pyo Jong-sung, whose nationality is unknown and whose fingerprints cannot be detected. As he pursues him to uncover his identity, he discovers a massive international conspiracy behind it all and is plunged into an unstoppable crisis.
