Woo-sik is obsessed with the false sense of being a “man”. His behavior toward his friends at the stall is a microcosm of everyday discrimination.
Sexism, being rude to bar staff, demeaning foreign workers, homophobia, appearanceism, ignoring high school friends, etc.
With all his friends gone, Woo-Sik is alone, and he turns to the last remaining bar patron and says, “You know he’s a man, don’t you?”…
